On the morning of March 7th, the office of the School of Electricity held a working meeting of administrative staff in conference room 30019 of the Electric Building. The meeting was chaired by President Ye Xuerong, and attended by Liu Yi, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, and all administrative staff.
Dean Ye Xuerong, on behalf of the leadership team of the College, delivered a report on the "15th Five-Year Plan" of the College, comprehensively reviewing and summarizing the achievements and experiences of the College during the "14th Five-Year Plan" period, and deeply analyzing the new situation, new opportunities and new challenges facing the current development. On this basis, he systematically elaborated the guiding ideology, overall objectives, key tasks and strategic measures of the development of the college during the 15th Five-Year Plan period. The content of the report points out the direction and draws a blueprint for the development of the college in the next five years, which is of great significance for building consensus on work and gathering synergy for development.
Dean Ye Xuerong put forward strong expectations and clear requirements for the administrative work of the college office in combination with the objectives of the 15th Five-Year Plan. He emphasized that efficient administrative operation is an important guarantee for the high-quality development of various undertakings of the college. The dean encouraged all administrative staff: First, improve their positions and serve the overall situation. Deeply understand the strategic intention of the "15th Five-Year Plan" of the College, consciously integrate personal work into the overall development of the College, and enhance the forward-looking and initiative of work. Second, we should strengthen coordination and improve efficiency. Strengthen communication and collaboration between various offices and positions, optimize work processes, improve management service efficiency, and ensure the efficient and orderly operation of all work of the College. Third, we should constantly strengthen learning, improve business ability and comprehensive quality, adapt to the new requirements for administrative management under the new goals, help the development of various undertakings of the college to a new level with higher standards and better services, and contribute electrical strength to the school to the forefront of world-class universities.
