On April 8, Han Jinzuo, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of the Department of Electric Power Engineering at North China Electric Power University, and his delegation visited the institute for an investigation. Liu Yi, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of the College; Yang Wenying, Director of the Institute of Electrical and Electronic Reliability; You Jiaxin, Deputy Director; and all counselors participated in the relevant research sessions.
At the symposium, Han Jinzuo introduced the Department of Electric Power Engineering at North China Electric Power University’s development history, discipline construction, teaching staff composition, and talent cultivation practices, and expressed appreciation for the college’s achievements in discipline development and student training. He noted that both sides share a common historical origin and expressed hope for strengthening exchanges in Party building and student development—and jointly establishing a cooperative platform for cultivating electrical engineering talents.
On behalf of the college, Liu Yi welcomed Han Jinzuo and his delegation and introduced the college’s profile, talent cultivation initiatives, and exchange and cooperation activities. He emphasized that the two institutions share deep-rooted historical ties and expressed hope that this exchange would serve as an opportunity to align with the requirements of the “Moral Education and Talent Cultivation” project in the new era—focusing on enhancing interactive exchanges in student Party building and ideological and political education.
During this visit, Han Jinzuo and his delegation also toured the Institute of Electrical and Electronic Reliability. Liu Huilan, Director of the Electrical Engineering Experimental Center at North China Electric Power University; Ji Xuan, Deputy Director of the Electrical Engineering Basic Experimental Center; and Zhen Dongfu, Counselor, participated in the research and exchange activities.
